Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer carrier-calculated shipping rates at checkout via USPS and UPS. Free shipping is available on orders over $[your threshold]. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations including Canada, the UK, and the EU. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note: duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected by Low Low Golf at checkout.

Shopify Collective / Retailer Orders If you purchased a Low Low Golf product through one of our authorized retail partners, please contact that retailer directly for shipping inquiries. Fulfillment and tracking for those orders are managed through our retail partner network.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive your confirmation.
